Registration Help

New to NAC? Need help registering your child?

Following the simple step-by-step picture tutorial below:

Creating An Account & Registering:

After creating your account, and you do not see an "Available Program" for your child, here are several things you can check:
1 - Make sure you put the correct Birthday
2 - Make sure you entered the correct Gender
3 - If #1 & #2 are correct, the likely problem is that the Registration Date has expired (the system closes the sport, and will not show it as "Available.")
    ...... You will have to contact that particular Sports' DIRECTOR from the "CONTACTS" tab on the menu bar above.

STEP 1:


Create An NAC Account with parents/guardians listed as "Account Holder(s)"

              Do NOT put your child's name/info in as an "ACCOUNT HOLDER!"

                        Children/Players MUST be entered as "PARTICIPANTS" - - - (See Step #2 )     

STEP 2:

Create a Profile for your child(ren) who will participate in NAC Sports.
From the "MY ACCOUNT" section, scroll down to the "PARTICIPANTS" area, and click on the icon shown in the photo below and select "ADD PARTICIPANT" ...

 

STEP 3:

Fill in all required information marked with a "
* "

          (FYI ... This is also where you would upload a copy of your child's Birth Certificate IF & ONLY IF your Sport Director explains that your child's division will require you to do so!) >>>
BIRTH CERTIFICATE UPLOADS ARE NOT FOR EVERYONE --- THIS IS ONLY FOR A SMALL MINORITY OF PLAYERS, MOSTLY IN THE TRAVEL SOCCER PROGRAMS! BUT ONLY IF THE SPORT'S DIRECTOR TELLS YOU TO DO SO!!!

 

*** MAKE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN THAT YOUR CHILD'S BIRTHDAY IS 110% COMPLETELY ACCURATE! This could create serious issues and possibly lead to your child's registration being dropped for not being placed in the proper Age Division!

 *** Double check that you selected the correct "GENDER!"

STEP #4:

If you have more than one child who will be playing NAC Sports, then AFTER creating the first child Profile, simply repeat the process using/starting with Step #2 of these instructions as you did before. Otherwise, you would be ready to actually Register for a sport.

STEP #5:

Return back to "MY ACCOUNT" and then click the "REGISTER NOW" icon near the top right side of the screen shown in the photo below:

 

STEP #6:

Select the "PROGRAM" from the available options you will see that your child is eligible for according to their Age & Gender.

If you do not see the anticipated "Program Available," here are some things to check (most times #3):

1 - Make sure you put the correct Birthday
2 - Make sure you entered the correct Gender

                *** IF YOU WILL HAVE MORE THAN ONE CHILD PARTICIPATING IN THE SAME SEASONAL SPORT (I.E. A 12 YR OLD BOY IN BASEBALL, AND AN 8 YR OLD GIRL IN SOFTBALL ... ADD EACH ONE TO YOUR SHOPPING CART ONE AT A TIME BEFORE CHECKING OUT ... IN ORDER TO RECEIVE MUTLIPLE CHILD DISCOUNTS AND ONLY PAY ONE SNACK-BAR FEE)

 

STEP #7:

Check-Out of your Shopping Cart by paying in FULL with a Debit/Credit Card

You MUST pay in FULL BEFORE THE POSTED CLOSING DATE FOR THAT SPORT -- Or the system will automatically empty your shopping cart immediately when Registration Closing date & time is triggered, causing your child to miss registration.

          *** Club emails from the Sport Director & Coaches with important information about practices, evaluations, tryouts, etc., only get sent to registrations that have been completed when fully paid!
